The philosophy of WIMGYM is to provide children of all ages with a high quality gymnastics program which will encourage participation and develop physical strength and grace. A longer range objective is to produce competitive gymnasts of an international caliber for Canada.

Within each class children work in groups of six per certified gymnastics coach to make sure they all get individual attention and guidance.

Programs for pre-schoolers start as young as 12 months and use music and games to develop body awareness. What looks like supervised games is a program built on a structured set of movements designed to strengthen muscles, improve co-ordination, and build self-confidence.

School age youngsters build their skills through the Canadian CANGYM program from beginner to the more advanced intermediate levels.

Trampoline and Tumbling, Ballet classes , and Provincial and Elite competitive teams round out a schedule which offers something for everyone.
